Last week (in USA): man, when we I going to find some good quiet time to get into QO?

This weekend: shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhjhh

Unfortunate that it has to come about this way, but I am thankful to have received QO beforehand.

I have found it a very good time to use this tool. I have been using it on and off with regular meditation, and it is very soothing.

Yes, forced isolation is a good time to go inside 🙂
