trigger input stuck

Hi,

with my ornament one of the trigger inputs got “stuck”, i.e. the cell is active all the time, even with nothing pulling down the input. While pressing reset, the cell goes inactive, but becomes active again right after. Is there are way this inpout can get damaged somehow through an inappropriate connection?
