Both outputs working, but no stereospread from Enner

I have both outputs of Enner connected to my mixer and I have tested that both of them sends audio. When using either the left or the right side of the pyramid, the sound is always in the middle. I didn’t have this problem before, it suddenly started. I hope you van help.

Are you using a stereo channel on your mixer? If not and you’re using individual mono channels, make sure to pan the left channel hard left and the right channel hard right.
