Individual Out BD not working

Hiya, I have a strange problem, my pulsar 23’s BD output is working strangely

When connected to the 1/4inch jack output it doesn’t output anything, or sometimes a quiet blip instead of the full bass drum. The pins/outputs work fine with the other instrument modules, and weirdly the bassdrum works very feintly on some pins but not others. I have no idea what could be causing this and is very frustrating, please help!
