<p style=”text-align: left;”>Just got my Enner 🙂 . What a wonderful beast! As for the External Audio mono, I assumed that other Soma instruments would happily plug into this, like my Soma Pipe, but the sound volume coming from the Enner is very quiet (compared to Pipe plugged into the Cosmos). My Soma reseller says a DI may be needed. I tried my ParaAcousticDI (LR Bags), it helped some but amplified a lot of high frequency not usually heard. Adjusting the Presence (EQ) helped.</p>

Hi Norman,
There is technically no such thing as input impedance on Enner, as the input is only connected to the touch plate, there are no buffers, so the input impedance would depend on the skin area touching the pad. Input impedance on the Enner filters is about 20k.
According to Pipe specs, its output is 150 Ohm.

What are your recommendations for interfacing the Pipe to the Enner?
I will continue to experiment with other electric instruments I have to interface with the Enner. I understand it’s all experimental, I am ok with that.
If it’s not loud enough, you just have to boost the volume somehow. For example, you could plug Pipe into a small mixer first, and the mixer output into Enner, and boost the signal that way. But really anything that you have in your gear collection that will boost the volume of something, should work fine.
