Noise from trigger which is patched to external CV input (CV.OCD)

Hi Guys. I am using Octatrack via CV.OCD to sequence the Pulsar-23 (through external CV input instead of clock). However, when I try to turn up the volume (try to push up the gain for recording purpose), I can hear some noise from the impulse of trigger signal. It happens even if I turn all the Vol / Fx to zero.

Have anyone had this issue before and any idea how to solve it?
