Sensors lost ability to trigger 100% velocity

My sensors 10-12 has lost their ability to trigger 100% velocity. No matter how much skin i apply i can not reach full velocity. Sensor 1-9 and A-D still works well.

Does anyone (Soma team) know if this can be solved with the calibration option? or is it a hardware thing?

First see if reinstalling the latest firmware makes a difference. Also take a damp cloth and wipe those sensors clean.

If there is no improvement in functionality, please record a video where you demonstrate the problem and send it to our SomaEU tech support at: [email protected]. Please also include serial number, date of purchase, and your location when you contact tech support.

Thanks for the advice.

Cleaning with a damp cloth did not help and I’m out travelling so can’t do an OS update now. So I actually tried the calibration menu, by using my pinky on sensor 10-12 it’s now back to normal again 🙂
