Cosmos Input / Output Scratchy Pots

Any one else have the issue of scratchy pots on the input / output knobs of the Cosmos? I’ve been dealing with the issue for the past two years. Twisting the knobs back and forth rapidly and using some compressed air has solved the problem up until now…

Has anyone opened up their Cosmos to clean the main pots? Was it difficult? Has anyone had their unit serviced professionally ? Has anyone had to replace any of their pots?.. I’m hesitant to open the unit myself with all the knobs… but the noise has gotten so bad my Cosmos is nearly unusable 🙁
