Today, after playing around on the Pulsar bass/percussion module, it got stuck emitting constant noise in any mode( bass / midi / persc). The “Add” button is not responding at all. Additionally, it seems to be stuck on that bass bank, and I cannot switch between banks. Other modules are working fine.

You did not indicate how you were triggering it, but in case you were using MIDI you can try the following.

Reset the MIDI memory by holding all four learn buttons at the bottom of the modules. If the reset doesn’t work by holding the Learn buttons, you can attempt a hard MIDI reset: Open Pulsar back cover by unscrewing 8 screws and lifting it up, remove battery CR-2032 from the socket, wait about 10 sec. then reassemble in reverse order. Please make sure you disconnect your Pulsar from its PSU before you open it.

If it still doesn’t work normally, contact Soma support at somasynths at gmail dot com with a video showing the problem, the serial number, date and place of purchase and your location.
