Bass Synth bleed

When i the bass drum while holding bass synth i get a bleed over into synth bass sound which then makes the bass synth sound different

I think that is because the Pulsar main out is mono and the frequencies clash? Maybe try to run the bass drum or bass synth out to a separate input of a mixer or recording device? That would be my guess. I like how they modulate each other sometimes, but I think separating the kick is a good idea.
