How to Modulate REL knob?

Hello everyone,

is it possible to modulate the RELease knob?

For example to get a sound of an opening HiHat? Like closed then a bit opened then closed again…

That would be awesome!

Any hints or other tricks welcome!

You can try running the voice output pin through one of the aux VCAs to the MIX pin and using the LFO ramp down shape to modulate the VCA, syncing the LFO to the trig out of the voice and using SHAOS to modulate the LFO rate, that should give some varying decay lengths
