Pulsar 23 midi buffer overflow

I have a strange issue using my pulsar 23 played via midi from my OXI ONE sequencer, it plays the four generators correctly, but when I also modulate a high-speed CC, like a Midi LFO, the Pulsar slows down the sequence as if I decreased the clock speed.
I thought it was a defect of OXI ONE but I realized that it only does it with the Pulsar 23.
I suspect it is a Midi overflow, is it possible to solve it with a firmware update, for example by giving priority to the Midi Note On in case of overflow?
