Experiencing a technical problem

Love my Enner and use it for a lot of things. The right hand section with the PitchMod, the four tuning knobs and then all the pads (Mods, Rings & Outs) associated with those knobs, have stopped working.

There was a period where it was randomly not working but if I twirled the PitchMod knob a few times it would crackle into life – sadly that no longer works.

Any suggestions? Should I pop the top off and look for a loose wired, or are there specific things I should try. Am a moderately competent electronics fiddler!!
