Formatting a USB – USB not recognised when formatted on Mac

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone noticed a similar issue.

I am trying to save presets to a USB. I insert the USB and power on Terra and all BANK lights light up, suggesting the USB has not been recognised.

I format the USB with Mac Disk Utility to FAT32 but I experience the same issue, someone also mentioned this as a potential issue in another thread, so was hoping the Soma team could clarify if this is the case or not?

Do Terra owners have to format the USB flash drive on Windows for Terra to recognise it?
