No Audio from Audio Interface

Hi, I’m using a Rumble of Ancient Times and have it plugged into my audio interface line in. However, my problem is that I’m not getting any sound through either headphones or monitors.

I am using a stereo 3.5 mm cable with a 3.5 mm to 1/4 in. adapter. The same cable works just fine when plugged into a 3.5 mm jack on a bluetooth speaker, and the headphones also work when plugged directly into the audio out. My audio interface is an Apollo Twin X, I’m using the first line in.

Any ideas on why the audio might not be working with the line in on my audio interface?

Make sure you’re using all Mono (TS) cables and adapters then give it a try.
