Before purchasing MESSEIVER, please read the manual carefully and be sure that the device fits your purpose. By purchasing this product, you accept the following rules: If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have the right to return the goods purchased remotely in accordance with local regulations (usually 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods).

SOMA will refund in three days the full amount according to the sales invoice after issuing a correction invoice that the Buyer accepts and receives the goods. If you choose a more expensive shipping option, the base cost will be refunded in accordance with the law. Other costs, including the cost of local customs clearance, local VAT or other taxes, the cost of returning the goods, will not be refunded. After this period, we only consider complaints resulting from manufacturing defects, and not resulting from the specificity of Messeiver’s operation.
