      What kind of hardware connection is on the Pulsar 23 that the banana clips connect to? It looks like a screw of some sort. I’m inspired to use a similar connector for future DIY project. How’d they come up with that idea?

        In my Pulsar Buddy project I just used standard machine screws.

        Metric 18-8 Stainless Steel Extra-Wide Truss Head Phillips Screws, M3 x 0.5mm, 16mm long.

        I got them from McMaster, along with matching zinc-plated steel hex nuts:

        For my board, I just put down a plated through hole just big enough to take the screw – and with copper as wide as the screw head on both sides. No fuss mounting – just tighten with a screwdriver!
