Hi, new Terra owner here. I can’t get the Terra to recognise my USB stick. I have tried to update to the latest firmware (not sure which firmware is currently on mine), and also tried saving a patch to USB, but it doesn’t work. I’m using a newly formatted 4GB USB 2.0 drive. With my USB inserted, the Terra powers up but acts like normal (no flashing lights to indicate a problem with USB). Sound comes out of it like usual etc. Any help would be much appreciated!
It means that your USB stick is not compatible with Terra. The solution is to try another USB thumb drive, usually small USB 3.0 drives work with Terra.
We don’t know why some USB sticks work with Terra while others don’t.
Please remember to always format it FAT32
