So, has anyone else run into this weird issue?

When I put another effects unit in front of (feeding into) or after ( Cosmos feeding it), I don’t get any sound modification from the other effects units even without activating the Cosmos to record.  The Cosmos works normally in these chains.  I have tried using a Line 6 HX Effects, Zoom MS -70 CDR+  and a Strymon Nightsky.  These are all stereo effects units and have no effects added to the sound when chained to the Cosmos, either before or after.  The only thing I can think of is there is an I/O impedance mismatch going on ?  Fortunately I have enough sends and inputs on my mixer to use another effects unit separately, but I’m very curious if this is just my unit ?

I have run guitar through an amp and cab simulator into a chorus pedal then into cosmos with no problem. I have also run a monosynth through the chorus into the cosmos no problem. I don’t think it’s a problem with your cosmos though, as there’s no way for it to strip off fx from devices earlier in the chain.
