      Hello,

I have noticed the following issue when running the rhythmic firmware on Cosmos:

After recording a loop under program 1, I stop recording and switch to program 4, which mangles the loop.

When switching back to program 1, the loop returns to its initial state, as expected since program 4 is non destructive, but there are clearly artifacts, little glitches that somewhat ruin the initial recording.

I imagine this is not expected behavior since Cosmos’ sound is otherwise very high in quality. Are you aware of this issue and possibly working on an update for it ?

This is the first report we’ve received of this kind. Please record a video where you demonstrate this issue and send it to customer support at [email protected].

Please include the version number of the firmware that’s installed and make sure the audio is recorded to a computer or recorder. If you’re unsure which version is installed, please download the latest version from our website
