Make it possible to “tune” one or more of the sensors on the note keyboard to a null (i.e. no note triggered), which would function as a rest in an arpeggio. Then using arpeggiator pattern 1 (“in the order the notes are played”) we could create rhythmically interesting short sequences.

What an interesting idea 🙂 would love to see that!

Actually this is already possible:) The trick is, in order to create a rest sensor, just trigger it with very low velocity (with the slightest touch, barely nudging the sensor) so you don’t hear it.

Busy week – finally had a chance to try SomaLabs’ trick…works just fine! And I like the idea that on an instrument as rich and beautiful as the Terra, some things are better done with technique rather than new features.

            Many thanks
