Volume almost inaudible

Hi there,

 

As i said, the volume at maximum is barely audible. It is a device with very little use, and if I remember correctly, it was already being heard lower but this time, I have left it off for a few months and now I hardly hear anything.

Hardly the treble is heard but the bass is inaudible.

I have check all the connections and knobs but nothing. Anyone with a similar problem?
